"I order a pair of your upper control arms for a 1966 Mustang from CJ Pony Parts. They arrive and the large nuts on the pivot shaft are really loose. I Tried to put them on the car but the grease fittings are sticking out to far. Am I expected to screw these in and if so how far. there is a fine thread on the outside of the body and a course thread on the pivot shaft.

As I have said many times, you will need to consult with a technician, I just know where to find the stuff.
