1) Does Dynacorn stamp this part (3649A)or do they source it elsewhere?
2) How well does fit? Is there ever any complaints that they need alot of
work to fit well?

The tool is ours. We had one complaint a couple years back, but then the guy doing the installing didn't know what he was doing. Everything on a 51 year old car needs fitting. So, do yourself a favor, before paint, make sure the part fits first because once painted, the part is not returnable.
