Roll them on instead of direct pressure. If you will send me your name and shipping address, we will happily replace those moldings for you if yours are damaged. Unfortunately, folks tend to get a little brutal when installing window trim when a little finesse is required, they get the sledge hammer. Send you info to joeparts@dynacorn.com and sorry for the troubles.Also, don't tighten the clips all the way, they have to be a bit loose in order to get the moldings over them.
